Refund & Cancellation Policy

Customers may cancel their order before the product has been shipped.

상품이 배송되기 전에는 주문 취소가 가능합니다.

Once the product has been shipped, the order cannot be cancelled and the customer must request a return or refund according to the return policy below.

상품이 이미 발송된 경우 주문 취소가 불가능하며, 아래의 반품 및 환불 정책에 따라 처리됩니다.

Customers may request a return or refund within 7 days after receiving the product, in accordance with the Korean Electronic Commerce Consumer Protection Act.

전자상거래 등에서의 소비자보호에 관한 법률에 따라 상품 수령 후 7일 이내 반품 및 환불 요청이 가능합니다.

Returns or refunds are accepted under the following conditions:

• Delivered product is different from the product ordered
• Product is not as described on the website

Returns or refunds may not be accepted in the following situations:

• The product has been opened or used by the customer
• The product is damaged due to customer negligence
• The product value has significantly decreased due to use or time

Once the returned product is received and inspected, the refund will be processed within 3–7 business days.

반품 상품이 확인된 후 3~7 영업일 이내 환불 처리가 진행됩니다.

Refunds will be made through the same payment method used during the purchase.

환불은 결제 시 사용한 결제수단으로 처리됩니다.

If the return is due to a product defect or an error by the seller, the seller will cover the return shipping cost.

상품 불량 또는 판매자 과실로 인한 반품의 경우 판매자가 배송비를 부담합니다.

If the return is due to customer preference, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost.

단순 변심에 의한 반품의 경우 고객이 배송비를 부담해야 합니다.

Products listed on the platform are provided by third-party vendors.

플랫폼에 등록된 상품은 입점 판매자가 제공하는 상품입니다.

Each vendor is responsible for product quality, shipping, and refund processing.

상품 품질, 배송 및 환불 처리는 해당 판매자가 책임집니다.
