Seokgyo Restaurant

Opened in 1986, Seokgyo Restaurant has been a family business for two generations, specializing in Sundae soup. Fresh ingredients are prepared daily and simmered for four hours to create a clear yet rich broth without the need for heavy seasoning. The rice, made from grains milled in Seosan, Chungnam, is also notable for its quality. On weekdays, it attracts office workers and merchants, while on weekends, hikers from nearby Ansan and Inwangsan enjoy Sundae soup with Makgeolli.
