Seobu Gamjaguk

During the time when the slaughterhouse was located in Eungam-dong, potato soup restaurants flourished in the area. Seobu Gamjaguk is one of the few that has remained in its original location since then. Its signature potato soup is made from carefully trimmed pork backbone, resulting in a clean and mild flavor. The restaurant is also famous for its delicious Kimchi, prepared fresh daily. They even make separate Kimchi for fried rice and sell fresh oysters during the winter, offering various ways to enjoy a unique delicacy.
