Cancellation & Refund Policy
Minimum booking is 2 tickets. Bookings made for 1 ticket will be automatically cancelled. Children 36 months and under may participate free of charge, but package inclusions are not provided. This is an accommodation-linked package. Reservations are initially placed in Pending Confirmation status until confirmed by the accommodation provider. Availability may be limited depending on accommodation inventory and supplier conditions. Actual accommodation or attraction images may differ from promotional photos. Tickets are issued via KakaoTalk as digital vouchers. Adding the provider's KakaoTalk channel is required. Tickets cannot be exchanged for cash or resold. A Muju Digital Tourist Pass must be issued after purchase before using the package. Operating hours, maintenance schedules, and attraction availability may change without prior notice. Comfortable clothing is recommended for outdoor activities. Cancellation & Refund Policy 100% Refund Cancellation requested at least 5 days before the travel date by 11:00 AM (KST) (excluding public holidays). No Refund Cancellation requested within 5 days of departure after 11:00 AM (KST). No-shows. Change of mind after the free cancellation period. Unused portions of the package. Weather-related partial non-use after the trip has started. Personal reasons after the refund deadline. Important Notes Package contents may change due to operational circumstances. Please verify the operating hours of each attraction before your visit. Because this is a bundled package, partial refunds are not available if individual services are not used.
