First time using Korean hospital as a foreigner

I went to a local clinic today in Hongdae and honestly the experience was really smooth.
Things I learned:
• Most doctors speak basic English
• Health insurance makes it very cheap
• Waiting time was only 10 minutes
Has anyone else had good or bad experiences with hospitals in Korea?
